If you return a product to us because you aren't satisfied with it, please send us an email requesting a refund. In the subject line, write "Refund Request." In the body of the email, please provide the order number and a brief explanation for why you are requesting the return. Make sure to request your refund within 30 days of purchase. Upon receipt, we will issue you a full, 100-percent refund. You can also contact us via telephone to initiate a return. Our toll-free number is available during regular business hours.
